On December 1, 2022, Intermountain Gas Company (“Company”), applied for authority
to increase its rates and charges for natural gas service in the State of Idaho effective January 1,
2023.
On December 21, 2022, the Commission issued a Notice of Application, Notice of
Suspension of Proposed Effective Date, and Notice of Intervention Deadline. Order No. 35640.
Alliance of Western Energy Consumers (“AWEC”), Idaho Conservation League (“ICL”),
and the City of Boise City (“Boise City”) (collectively the “Intervenors”) intervened. Order Nos.
35632, 35653, and 35664.
Order No. 35640 directed Commission Staff (“Staff”) to confer with the Company and
Intervenors (collectively the “Parties”) concerning scheduling after the intervention deadline
passed. After conferring with the Parties, Staff proposed several scheduling dates to the
Commission at its February 21, 2023, decision meeting. With this Order, the Commission sets the
following schedule.

schedule1:
• March 15, 2023 – Public Workshop in Pocatello, Idaho
• March 15, 2023 – Public Workshop in Twin Falls, Idaho
• March 21, 2023 – Public Workshop in Boise, Idaho
• April 26, 2023 – Staff/Intervenor Testimony Filing Deadline
• May 17, 2023 – Company Rebuttal Testimony Deadline

whichever comes first. The purpose of the workshop is to provide the public with an overview of
the Company’s Application. At the start of the workshop, Staff will give a presentation on the
Application. Following the presentation, the public may ask Staff questions about the Application.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Staff and Intervenors shall file testimony by April 26,
2023. The Company must file any rebuttal testimony by May 17, 2023.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties comply with Order No. 35375, issued April 21,
2022. Generally, all pleadings should be filed with the Commission electronically and will be
deemed timely filed when received by the Commission Secretary. Rule 14.02. Service between
parties should continue to be accomplished electronically when possible. However, voluminous
discovery-related documents may be filed and served on CD-ROM or a USB flash drive.
