JOINT NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT AND
MOTION TO AMEND SCHEDULING
ORDER

Pursuant to Commission Rule of Procedure 274, IDAPA 31.01.01.274, the parties provide
notice to the Commission that they have reached a settlement agreement, in principle, that will be
presented to the Commission for review and approval.
The parties intend to finalize the settlement agreement, file the settlement agreement and
supporting testimony, and propose a schedule for a customer and technical hearing regarding the
settlement agreement on or before May 17, 2023.
Accordingly, the parties respectfully request that the Commission:
 Vacate the existing deadline for Staff and Intervenor direct testimony, which is
currently April 26, 2023;
 Vacate the existing deadline for Company rebuttal testimony, which is currently May
17, 2023;
 Set a deadline of May 17, 2023 for the parties to file testimony in support of a final
settlement agreement; and
