Dear Ms. Noriyuki:
Intermountain is submitting the following supplemental information in compliance with the Commission’s
Order No. 35527 in Case No. INT-G-22-06 requesting authority to renew and increase its Revolving Credit
Agreement to $100 million, not to exceed a five-year period, with the option to borrow an additional $25
million.
In its filing made on December 20, 2022, the Company provided the final costs in connection with the
Revolving Credit Agreement. Since that filing, the Company received an additional invoice for legal fees.
Below is an updated summary of the final costs.
Agent Fees $286,060.34
Legal Fees 83,521.50
Total $369,581.84
