SUBJECT:IN THE MATTER OF INTERMOUNTAIN GAS'APPLICATION FORAUTHORITYTOREVISERATESCHEDULEEEC-RS -RESIDENTIALENERGYEFFICIENCYCHARGE;CASE NO.INT-G-22-05.
On September 27,2022,the Commission issued Order No.35539 approving changes to
the Intermountain Gas Company's ("Company")Schedule EEC-RS -Residential Energy
Efficiency Charge.Effective October 1,2022,the Commission ordered the Company to decrease
the EEC-RS rate to $0.01564 per therm.Order No.35539 also approved the transfer of $4.85
million of the over-funded Schedule EEC-RS balance to the Company's Purchased Gas Cost
Adjustment filing in Case No.INT-G-22-04.
On the day the Order was issued,the Company submitted clean tariff sheets
conforming to the Commission order.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff reviewed the Company's submitted tariffs and confirmed they comply with
Commission Order No.35539.Staff recommends the Commission approve the submitted Tariff
Schedule EEC-RS with an effective date of October 1,2022,consistent with the Order.
