Per Idaho Public Utilities Commission Rule of Procedure 272 (IDAPA 31.01.01.272),
Commission Staff hereby notifies you that it has begun active settlement negotiations with
Intermountain Gas Company in Case No. INT-G-22-02. The Parties will attempt to reach a
settlement regarding Intermountain Gas Company’s negligence in allowing unqualified
operators to perform live meter exchanges. Per Commission Rule 272, any settlement
negotiations will be confidential unless the parties agree to the contrary. If successful, the
Parties will submit a Proposed Settlement Agreement to the Commission.
