Intermountain is submitting the following information in compliance with the Commission's Order No.
35261 in Case No. INT-G-21-07 requesting authority to issue unsecured notes, not to exceed $50,000,000.
Intermountain issued and sold $20,000,000 and $20,000,000 of Unsecured Notes for a period of thirty (30)
and forty (40) years, respectively, at 4.600/o and 4.l5Yo, respectively, to various purchasers. The total
proceeds of this issuance of $40,000,000 were received on June 15,2022.
Below is an estimate of the costs and expenses in connection with this private placement of the Unsecured
Notes based on invoices received and an estimate of future invoices. Once all invoices have been received,
the Company will file a revised verified report with the final costs and expenses:
