INT. G-20-06 On September l, 2020,IntermountainGas Company ("Company") applied to the Commission for an order designating expenses associated with its 2019 residential Enerry Efficiency Program ("EE Program") as prudently incurred. Intermountain Gas requests that its application be procesed under Mo dified Procedure. BACKGROUND In Case No. INT-G-17-03, the Company received the Commission's authority to implement: l) Rate Schedule EE-Residential Enerry Efficiency Rebate Program, outlining the offerings of the EE Program; and 2) Rate Schedule EEC-Energy Efficiency Charge ("EE Charge"), establishing a per therm charge to fund the EE Program. See Order No. 33888; Application at4. The EE Program is funded through collection fromcustomers viathe EE Charp of $0.02093 per therm. Applicationat6. 2019 EE Program Expenses The Company asks the Commission to find the Company prudently incurred $2,803,346 inEEProgram expensesduring2019.Idatl l. Of these expenses, $2,054,55 0,or73Yo, was spent on rebates paid directlyto customers.Id. at 6. The remaining $748,796 was incurredfor labor, program delivery, conservation potential assessment, and market transformation. Id. at 7. The EE Charge revenue for 2019 was $2,671 ,829 .Id. at 6. The Company states that it does not plan to file for an adjustment to the EE Charge in2020. Id. at7 .
