Comment: "This concerns Intermountain Gas AND Idaho Power: These "energy efficiency" program "fees" are being unfairly imposed/ mandated upon individual consumers & now are
being imposed on business? This is a charity program. I will determine which charities I will give to, not my utility company. At best, these programs should be opt - in, if someone wants
to give. I feel they should be eliminated. They have already raised hundreds of millions of dollars, I have read. Consumers should be refunded everything they have been forced to pay to
this point. You have comments I have sent prior to this case. The utilities keep asking for more for this."
