Comment; Just got notice in my gas bill that you are about to approve a rate increase for the Energy efficient Charge,
which is very poorly explained. I am aBainst a rate in€rease, since this rebate program will likely only be put into the
pocket of developers who claim to make energy efficient Star homes, when the buyers of those homes do not practice
energy efficiency. This is a huge contradiction and a waste of money for those of us who live energy-efficient lives.
Example - my neighbor who rrnsher A/C24-7 when it is 70 degrees outside.
