Complainant/Appellant Raul Mendez requests the Idaho Public Utilities Commission to waive
the filing fee and the fee for copying the entire record to be submitted to the Idaho Supreme
Court for the above formal complaint on appeal per IC 3l-3220 and I.A.R. 23 (c). Mr. Mendez
does not make enough money to afford the expenses as already discussed on prgrph 43 of
Intermountain Gas Company's Answer and page 2 of Order N0. 34336.
Furthermore, Mr. Mendez despite his limited finances has already spent a significant amount of money in
copies, printing, gas/mileage for traveling to the Law library, etc. to prepare his formal complaint. Ms.
Karel Lehrman at the Idaho Supreme Court has advised Mr. Mendez to file for fee waiver at the IPUC.
