RE: Withdrawal of Intermountain Gas Company's March 1,2019 Notice of Intent to File a Natural
Gas General Rate Case (Case No. INT-G-19-01)
On March l,2019,Intermountain Gas Company filed a'Notice of Intent to File a General Rate
Case" with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission. Upon final review of the weather normalized
results, Intermountain has decided not to file a natural gas general rate case within 120 days of the
Notice as outlined in Rule 122 of the IPUC Rules of Procedure.
