Pursuant to Idaho Public Utilities Commission Order No. 33887 in the above referenced case,
Interrrountain Gas Company ("Intermountain") is required to file a quarterly Weighted Average
Cost of Gas ('WACOG") calculation with the Commission. Enclosed please find three copies of
the requested infonnation.
Pursuant to Idaho PUC Rules of Procedure, IDAPA3l.01.01.067,31.01.01.233, and
31.02.01.005.07, the e,nclosed information is confidential, p'roprietary and trade secret
inforrration of Intermountain and is protected by law from public inspection, examination or
copyrng, pursuant to Idaho Code Sections 74-106, 107, and 48-801 et seq. lntermountain
therefore requests that the enclosed information be protected fiom inspection, exanination or
coplng by any penlon other than the Commissioners and PUC Staff. In accordance wittt IPUC
Rule 67.02.a, the enclosed information is marked "Confidential -Trade Secrets" and submitted
on yellow paper.
