Re: Case No. INT-G-16-02 (In re Intermountain Gas Company's Application to Change its Rates and Charges
for Natural Gas Service)
Parties of Record and Commission Secretary-
Per Idaho Public Utility Commission Rule of Procedure2T2 (IDAPA 31.01.01 .272), Commission Staff notifies
you that it will resume meeting with Intermountain Gas Company, and any other interested parties,at 9:30 a.m
on Monday. July 24. 2017 in the Commission's hearing room to continue efforts to narrow disputed facts and
issues and potentially explore settlement possibilities relating to weather normalization (Issue Nos. 1 and 2 from
the Company's Petition for Reconsideration). Per Rule 272, any settlement negotiations will be confidential
unless the parties to the negotiation agree to the contrary.
