Re: Case No. NT-G-16-02 (In re Intermountain Gas Company's Application to Change its Rates and Charges
for Natural Gas Service)
Parties of Record and Commission Secretary-
Per Idaho Public Utility Commission Rule of Procedure2T2 (IDAPA 31.01.01 .272), Commission Staff notifies
you that it will resume meeting with Intermountain Gas Company, and any other interested parties, at 9:00 a.m..
July 19. 2017 (and, if deemed necessary by the attendees, again on July 20) in the Commission's hearing room
to continue efforts to narrow disputed facts and issues and potentially explore settlement possibilities relatins to
weather normalization (the other issues raised in Intermountain's Petition for Reconsideration-the
disallowance of certain O&M expenses and incentive compensation-will not be discussed at this meeting). Per
R:ule 272, any settlement negotiations will be confidential unless the parties to the negotiation agree to the
contrary.
If you intend to attend this meeting, please notify me at least a day beforehand. Also, if any of you would like to
attend the meeting by telephone, please also let me know that so I can make proper arrangements.
