Re: Case No. NT-G-16-02 (In re Intermountain Gas Company's Application to Change its Rates and Charges
for Natural Gas Service)
Parties of Record and Commission Secretary-
Per Idaho Public Utility Commission Rule of Procedure 272 (IDAPA 31.01 .01.272), Commission Staff notifies
you that it will meet with Intermountain Gas Company, and any other interested parties, at l0:00 a.m.. June 22.
2017 inthe Commission's hearing room to attempt to narrow disputed facts and issues and explore settlement
possibilities relating to weather normalization and other issues raised in the Company's Petition for
Reconsideration. At the end of the meeting, the attendees will also attempt to agree on a schedule for any
further reconsideration proceedings. Per Piule272, any settlement negotiations will be confidential unless the
parties to the negotiation agree to the contrary.
If you intend to attend this meeting, please notify me at least a day beforehand. Also, if any of you would like to
attend the meeting by telephone, please also let me know that so I can make proper arrangements.
