On April 28,2017,the Commission issued Order No.33757.In Attachment B to
that Order,T5 revenue was inadvertently omitted from the calculation of T4 Normalized Test
Year Revenue.This Errata corrects Attachment B to include the effect of the combining of
Intermountain’s T4 and T5 classes into a single T4 class,as outlined in the Order.Therefore,the
following changes should he made:
