INT-G-16-02 CHANGE ITS RA TES AND CHARGES FOR ) NATURAL GAS SERVICE IN THE STATE ) ORDER NO. 33630 _O_F_ID_A_H_O ____________ ) Federal Executive Agencies (FEA) petitioned to intervene in this case on October 5, 2016 after the September 23, 2016, deadline for intervention had passed. See Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAPA 31.01.01.071-.075. FEA contends that its Petition was late as a result of complications obtaining sponsoring counsel and necessary funding. FEA states that it will be substantially affected by the outcome of this case. Petition at 3. FINDINGS OF FACT We find that no party timely opposed this Petition to Intervene. We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case, intervention by this party would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 7 4 of the Rules of Procedure. We also find that granting this late intervention will not prejudice any party and that late intervention should be granted. ORDER IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by the Federal Executive Agencies is hereby granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record.
