INT-G-16-02 CHANGE ITS RATES AND CHARGES FOR ) NATURAL GAS SERVICE IN THE STATE ) ORDER NO. 33610 _O_F_ID_A_H_O ____________ ) On September 2, 2016, Intermountain Gas Company moved the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (Commission), under Commission Rules of Procedure 19 and 43.03 and Idaho Bar Commission Rule (IBCR) 227, for an Order approving the limited admission, pro hac vice, of Chad M. Stokes and Tommy A. Brooks in this matter. The Motion was signed and attested to by local counsel Michael C. Creamer of Boise, Idaho (Idaho State Bar License No. 4030). In the Motion, Mr. Stokes and Mr. Brooks certify that they are active members in good standing of the Oregon State Bar who maintain the regular practice of law in Oregon. They further declare that they are not Idaho residents or licensed to practice law in Idaho. Mr. Stokes, Mr. Brooks, and Mr. Creamer certify that a copy of the Motion has been served on all other parties to this case, and that a copy of the Motion, accompanied by a $325 fee and certificate of good standing for each applicant, have been submitted to the Idaho State Bar. Mr. Creamer acknowledges that his attendance shall be required at all Commission proceedings in which Mr. Stokes or Mr. Brooks, or both of them, appear, unless specifically excused by the Commission. COMMISSION FINDINGS The Commission has reviewed and considered the Motion and applicable rules, including IBCR 227 and Commission Rules of Procedure 19 and 43.03, IDAPA 31.01.01.019 and 043.03. Based on the filings of record and certified representations of Mr. Stokes, Mr. Brooks, and Mr. Creamer, we find that reasonable grounds have been demonstrated to justify the granting of limited admission of Mr. Stokes and Mr. Brooks as legal counsel for the Northwest Industrial Gas Users (NIGU). We further find good reason to excuse the appearance of Mr. Creamer in further proceedings in this docket unless needed by Mr. Stokes and Mr. Brooks. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The Commission has jurisdiction this case and over this Motion pursuant to Idaho Code, Title 61, and the Commission's Rules of Procedure, 31.01.01.000 et seq. ORDER NO. 33610 ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is granted; Chad M. Stokes and Tommy A. Brooks are hereby granted limited admission as legal counsel for NIGU. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the attendance of Michael C. Creamer is excused from all further proceedings in Case No. INT-G-16-02 unless needed by Chad M. Stokes and Tommy A. Brooks.
