THE STATE OF IDAHO SENDS GREETINGS TO THE ABOVE.NAMED RESPONDENT.
YOU ARE IIEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint has been filed with the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission by the above-named Complainant; and
YOU ARE I{EREBY DIRECTED to file a written answer or written motion in
defense of said Complaint within twenty-one (2 1) days of the service date of this Summons. The
answer or motion in defense should respond to the following areas of inquiry:
1. What written material is available and distributed to customers regarding meter protection
structures in areas of heavy or deep snow. Please provide copies of such materials.
2. Describe in detail how Intermountain Gas disseminates information to customers,
builders, contractors and others about meter protection requirements.
3. Describe the training of Company employees and the frequency of such training about
meter protection requirements.
4. Explain when the IGC Procedure Section C (Riser and Meter Set Locations) 1[6 (0 "IGC
will provide protection for meter sets when required" is applicable and to what type of
customer; and
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that unless you do so within the time herein
specified, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission may take such action against you as is prayed
for in the Complaint or as it deems appropriate under Title 61 or Title 62 of the ldaho Code.
