Comment:I understand that there has been a rate increase request by Intermountain Gas based
on increased demand for NG.NG hit record lows in 2012,and did rebound slightly earlier
this year;however,supplies are adequate,drilling has increased,new deposit are being
discovered in Utah,Colorado,and Wyoming.The current trend in prices is downward back
toward 3.00 per mmbtu and currently 3.35.I do not think a rate increase is justified as the
trend is down,supplies are more than adequate,supplies are increasing,the sources are in
neighboring states.In fact,there is currently a vast surplus o-F NG,with no place to store
it,and in North Dakota,it is even being burned off.I am supplying a Chart,confirming by
observations
