The above listed companies or their representatives filed tariff advices to comply with the
Commission s Order No. 29214. This order required companies to increase the surcharge
assessed for the Idaho Telephone Service Assistance Program (ITSAP) from $0.10 to $0.12 per
line, effective July 1 , 2002.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Commission approval of all of these Advices, with an effective date of
May 1, 2003. Does the Commission agree?
