RE:QWEST TARIFF ADVICE NO. 03-01-N TO CORRECT A USOC CODE
PREVIOUSLY APPROVED, EFFECTIVE MARCH 31. 2003
Qwest filed Tariff Advice 03-0l-N to make a correction to Tariff Advice 02-22-N that
was approved to be effective September 13 2002. Advice 02-22-N corrected Advice 02-20-
approved to be effective August 2002 that added Universal Service Order Codes (USOC) for
transport elements common to both the interstate and the intrastate access tariffs. Tariff Advice
02-20-N followed an FCC authorization for similar changes and Qwest attempted to provide
some consistency between the two. There are no changes to rates, terms or conditions.
