Pursuant to The Commission's Orders in Case No.'s INT-G-12-01 and INT-G-13-02,
Intermountain Gas Company is required to file quarterly Weighted Average Cost of Gas
(WACOG) projections with the Commission and purchased gas costs related to LNG sales.
Enclosed is a copy of the requested information.
Pursuant to PUC IDAPA Rules 31.01.01.067,31.01.01.233, and 31.02.01.005.07, Idaho Code
Sections 9-340C and 9-340D, and Idaho Code Sections 48-801 et seq., Intermountain hereby
states that the enclosed information is confidential, proprietary and trade secret information,
and/or is otherwise exempt from disclosure under Idaho Law, including Sections 9-340A thru
9-340H and other law cited above. We ask that it be protected from inspection, examination or
copying by any person other than the Commissioners and PUC Staff. According to your rule,
these documents are submitted on yellow paper.
