Please describe your comment briefly:
In the current economy when any company, especially a utility company says they want to
reduce rates, it is a wonderful gesture. Many people are struggling to pay heating bills.
This reduction would be welcomed by many of us who have seen nothing but increases but we are
not getting any increase. All I can say is thank you so much for being honest with the
public.
