Pursuant to the last PGA Order, IPUC Order No. 30137 in Case No. INT-06-
Intennountain Gas Company is required to file a quarterly W ACOG projection with the
Commission. Enclosed is a copy of the requested infonnation.
Pursuant to PUC IDAPA Rules 31.01.01.067, 31.01.01.233 , and 31.02.01.005.07 and pursuant
to Idaho Code Section 9-340D and Section 48-801 et seq.Intennountain Gas Company hereby
states that the enclosed infonnation is confidential and a trade secret or otherwise is exempt
from disclosure under Section 9-340A to 9-340H. We ask that it be protected from inspection
examination or copying by any person other than the Commissioners and PUC Staff.
