The Weighted Average Cost of Gas, or W ACOG, included with the Company s original Application filed on August 16, 2006 was $0.72400 per thermo Reflecting a further softening of the wholesale price of natural gas and the Company s purchasing strategies towards the same, the Company hereby amends the applicable Exhibits in that original Application to incorporate a lower W ACOG of $0.68500 per thermo All other Exhibit pages and Workpapers, not amended herein, are as filed with the August 16th Application. Because the attached Amended Exhibit No.2 proposes an incremental price reduction for Intermountain sales customers as compared to the original Application, Intermountain respectfully requests that the proposed rate schedules herewith submitted as Amended Exhibit No.2 be approved without suspension and made effective as of October 1 , 2006 in the manner shown on the Amended Exhibit No. Also included hereto is a Motion to Waive Further Customer Notification in this Case for the reasons more fully delineated in that Motion. If you have any questions or require additional information regarding the attached, please contact me at 377-6168. :z: ~( Director Gas Supply and Regulatory Affairs Cc:C. Glynn P. Powell M. Rich W.
