On June 30 , 2006 , the Idaho Public Utilities Commission issued Order No. 30090 in
this matter. The following corrections should be made to that Order:
On page 3 , where it reads:
the deadline for filing written comments or protests with respect to
Intermountain s IRP and the use of Modified Procedure in this case is
twenty-one (21) days from the service date of this Order
Should read:
the deadline for filing written comments or protests with respect to
Intermountain s IRP and the use of Modified Procedure in this case is sixty
(60) days from the service date of this Order.
On page 4, where it reads:
Persons interested in submitting written comments in this matter must do so
no later than twenty-one (21) days from the service date of this Order
Should read:
Persons interested in submitting written comments in this matter must do so
no later than sixty (60) days from the service date of this Order.
