Comment = desc ipt on: ~ing skimmed through the case file for this case, it is apparent
that the intention is to keep up with the rising supply and wholesale costs of products
resold to customers. While I do not want to see an increase in my winter heating costs, I
also do not want to see my service suffer from lack of funds to supply product.
I am in favor of the price increase IF Intermountian Gas Company truly requires the
increase to cover their operating and wholesale costs.

Comment description: Please consider not allowing a rate hike that this company is asking
for. We are all strapped enough at this time with high gas prices that we have to pay to
keep our cars running so we can go to work .... which has already filtered down to all our
food, services and etc.. When times are tight in our household we have to tighten our
bel t and give up some of our entertainment and things we li ke to do. We were not able to
go camping, to the fair, to visit our 96 year old grandmother in southern Utah that is in
failing health at this time, or do anything this last labor day weekend because we couldnot afford the gas to go anywhere. The gas company should have to do the same, SACRIFICE
and be CONSERVATIVE, not keep sticking their hands deeper into our pockets. I see them
coming to read my meter in these brand new fancy ford pickups that we, in our financially
struggling household certainly could not afford to drive! I f they are having financial
difficulties then they can make some cut backs and sacrifices (like driving their trucks a
year or two longer without getting new ones) or (getting some more ecomonical vehicles
that get better gas mileage than a big fancy pickup!) We have to make the sacrifices and
enough is enough
!!!
We cannot keep getting taxed and rate hiked by everyone anymore, it
is going to put people in financial ruin if it keeps up. Stop these unessessary rate
hikes here and now and make these big companies be accountable and make some changes and
live within their means " just like we have to
!!!
Thanks you for listening to us, the comsumers... JoAnne Haws
