It is hereby certified that the public convenience and
necessity required and will require the Intermountain Gas Company,
a corporation , its succeSsors and assigns to install, maintain and
operate a general natural gas transmission and distribution system
for the supplying of natural gas in the Counties of the State of
Idaho, to wit:Valley, Washington, Payette , Gem , Boise , Canyon
Ada , Elmore , Camas, Blaine , Gooding, Lincoln , Jerome , Tvlin Falls
Minidoka , Cassia , Power , Oneida , Bannock , Franklin , Bear Lake
Caribou , Bingham, Bonneville , ~mdison , Jefferson , Teton, Fremont
Butte , Custer and ~vyhee , and to the municipalities and suburban
and rural areas situated therein and to the inhabitants thereof;
to eJtercise all rights and privileges that may be granted to or
conferred upon the Intermountain Gas Company, its successors and
assigns by franchises or otherwise by the said counties and
municipalities or any of them or by the State of Idaho or by any
political subdivision thereof.
This certificate is predicated upon and issued pursuant
to the findings and orders of this Commission , the same being Order
No. 3603 made and entered December 2 , 1955 and Order No. 6564 made
and entered October 3, 1962 in the above entitled matter to which
reference is hereby made.
