RE: Notice of Intent to File a Combined Electric and Natural Gas General Rate Case
In compliance with the minimum sixty day notice requirement of Rule 122 of the IPUC Rules of
Procedure, A vista Corp herein provides notice to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission that the
company intends to fie a combined electrc and natual gas general rate case on or after March 1,
2010. It is the Company's intent to utilze the 12-month period ending December 31,2009, as
the test year for its filing. The Company recently implemented a general rate change in the state
of Idaho on August 1,2009 for electrc and natual gas customers.
