RE: Quarterly Deferred Cost Report

Attached is the PGA quarterly report for the Q4 2023. This information is submitted in compliance
with Order Number 35970 issued in the Company’s Purchase Gas Cost Adjustment filing (Case
No. AVU-G-23-06). This report is being filed in electronic format only per approval from the
filing center.

The deferral calculation workbook in excel format for the quarter is included as Attachment A.
Year-to-date deferrals activity by month related to commodity and demand costs are shown on the
tab labeled “191010 ID DEF”. Year-to-date amortization activity is included on the tab labeled
“191000 ID Amort”.

Included with this report is the confidential Quarterly Commodity WACOG Forecast update as
Attachment B and the confidential Q4 gas accounting data download (“GADD”) in Excel format
as Attachment C.
