Secretary: (cc: Mr Meyer, Mr Ehrbar, & Dockets) While not welcoming them, I do realize price increases are necessary from me to me. However, in planning allocaon of resources, please give atenon to replacing or placing underground, overhead power lines that go through fire prone areas. Up here in the north, we sure have a lot of power lines that go across wheat fields and through mber. Scary dry at this me of year, especially when some of the poles are leaning. Thanks for considering. Carol Grupp 1115 Paradise Ridge Rd Moscow, ID 83843
