Comment: "Without any rate increase, AVISTA's investments to supply the unprecedented customer growth in their
North Idaho coverage areas will certainly be recovered by the subsequent increase in revenue. Making ends meet in
these �mes of historically high infla�on is very difficult for working families and those of us on fixed income. AVISTA
should not be allowed to modify their accoun�ng system to “demonstrate” lower profit margins. Anything more than an
increase to accommodate AVISTA's legi�mate addi�onal expenses is price gouging at a �me when cost of living increases
are diminishing the quality of life for nearly every American."
