Comment: "Upon seeing your Proposed Rate Increases effec�ve 9/1/23 I was shocked. I understand the
need for reasonable rate increases, but 14.7% plus an addi�onal rate increase in 2024 of 4.5%? You've
included in that Proposed increase nearly doubling our customer charge from $8.00/month to
$15.00/month with another increase of $5.00/month bringing it to $20.00/month in 2024! I believe
these proposed increases are extremely high and will hurt a lot of people already struggling to pay their
bills in our County. I hope Avista will do everything they can to reduce these increases. Thank you. NOTE:
