RE:Notice of Intent to File a Combined Electric and Natural Gas General Rate Case
In compliance with the minimum sixty-day notice requirement of Rule 122 of the IPUC Rules of
Procedure "Notice of Intent to File a General Rate Case,"Avista Corporation herein provides notice to
the Idaho Public Utilities Commission that the Company intends to file a combined electric and natural
gas general rate case on or after February 1,2023.It is the Company's intent to utilize the 12-month
period ending June 30,2022,as the test year for its filing.The Company implemented its last general
rate change in the state of Idaho on September 1,2022,for its electric and natural gas customers.
This filing is being made electronically only,in accordance with Case No.GNR-U-20-01,Order No.
35375,which suspends the requirement to file physical copies.
