AVU-E-22-13 and AVU-G-22-05. On August 1, 2022, Avista Corporation dba Avista Utilities (“Company”) filed two Applications, each requesting the Commission issue an order finding that the Company’s electric or natural gas energy efficiency expenditures from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021 were prudently incurred (referred to collectively as the “Applications”). On September 8, 2022 the Commission issued a Notice of Application and set a deadline for interested parties to petition for intervention. Order No. 35523. No parties intervened. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of Modified Procedure establishing a December 20, 2022 public comment deadline and a January 5, 2023 Company reply deadline.
