RE: Case No. AVU-G-2I-02 Avista 2021 Natural Gas IRP Reply Comments
Dear Ms. Noriyuki:
Avista Corporation dba Avista Utilities (Avista or the Company) filed its 2021 Natural Gas
Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) on April l, 2021. As established in the Notice of Modified
Procedure, Order No. 35059, Commission Staffprovided comments pertaining to the IRP on July
29,2021. Avista appreciates Staffs participation in the Company's IRP Technical Advisory
Committee, comments affirming the IRP complies with the requirements specified by previous
Commission orders, and the recommendation that the Commission should acknowledge the IRP.
The Company will continue to work with Staff on the timing of its next IRP and looks forward to
Staffs continued collaboration in the Company's resource planning efforts.
