I. INTRODUCTION
Avista Corporation, doing business as Avista Utilities (hereinaller "Avista" or
"Company"), at l 41 l East Mission Avenue. Spokane, Washington, pursuant to Section 6l -
524 ldaho Code and Rule 52 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission Rules
of Procedure"), requests to withdraw its application for an Order reauthorizing the
accounting and ratemaking treatment relaled to offering a "Fee-Free Program" (or
"Program") for payment of bills by Idaho natural gas residential customers that use credit
and debit cards flled November l, 2019.
After discussion with Commission Stalt Avista believes it is pre-mature to request
an Order reauthorizing the accounting and ratemaking treatment related to offering a Fee-
Free Program at this time. Therefore, the Company requests the Commission allow for the
withdrawal ofthis application and the closure ollhis Case.
