While this last spike in the winter of 2018-2019 was greater, I assume due to the event in Canada that Avista has referenced, price has dropped to a lower level than any monthly averageoverthistime period, Thereisnotjustificationforthereasongivenforapriceincrease. Asamatteroffact, I would argue there should be a price decrease.
