Comment: When is enough, enough? Avista is does not need another increase. lt is plain that Avista is flush with money.
It's in the media all the time how much their board members make, that they are spending money on new buildings,
parks and bad deals. The common person should not have to keep paying increases. Yes, they seem like small increase
but add up in no time. The old adage of "Hang them slow and they don't know" seems to be Avista's motto. No to
increase.
