SUBJECT: AVISTA'S NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE A NATURAL GAS GENERAL
RATE CASE; CASE NO. AVU-G-19-02.
On March 25,2079, Avista Corporation (Avista or Company) in compliance with the
minimum sixty day notice requirement of Rule 122 of the IPUC Rules of Procedure, filed a
Notice of Intent to File a Combined Electric and Natural Gas General Rate Case. The Company
intended to file a combined electric and natural gas generalrate case on or after May 31,2019.
However, on June 70,2019, the Company only filed an Application for an Electric Rate Case.
On July 19, 2019, Commission Secretary received a withdrawal letter regarding Case
No. AVU-G-19-02 from Avista. Due to the Company's voluntary withdrawal, Case No. AVU-
G-19-02 is now moot and should be closed.
