RE:Qwest Tariff Advice 02-18-N to correct errors in the Northern Idaho
Exchange and Network Services Tariff effective August 9,2002
As a result of Staff s review in May of Qwest' s tariffto change its name on its Idaho
Exchange and Network Services, Staff noted some areas that could be better stated to clarify
Qwest's tariff. Specifically, Staff requested that Qwest revise the section that indicated that its
exchange maps were included in this tariff to say that the maps are on file with the Commission.
This advice was issued to make this change.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that this tariff advice be approved effective August 9 2002. Does the
Commission agree?
