company,I observefirsthand the poverty that famlly,friend ind neighborsincur
as a result.
At this time I am writing to ask for your consideration i not allowing the
rate Increasesto be approvedthat avista is asking for in the ext severalyears.
Insteadplease considera rate reduction.Your records will p =vide the necessary
financialfiguresto show how such a rate is neither necessar nor reflective of any
problemsrelatedto the general operation of the company.Ith the news the
companyIs beingpurchasedfor severalbillions of dollars,mi st would agree that
is a substantialamount of money to take care of any costs tè ansure sufficient
confidencewith its operations and service to Its customers.
A rate increase of any kind is not justifiable.Please tal these comments
into consideration.
