Comment:Dear Commission,
I ask that you only allow Avista to increase their monthly base electric and gas rate by their requested .25.Increasing the
electric rates by 12.4%over the next two years is too much!The people didn’t ask them to redo their website or
software and so we shouldn’t have to pay for this unneeded expense.This should be their overhead with their choice.
Our incomes don’t go up that much,3%for most of the working population.And those that are retired are worse off.
Please say no to Avista’s request.
