On June 9,2017,Avista Corporation filed an Application seeking authority to
increase the Company's general rates for electric and natural gas service in Idaho.The
Commission has scheduled dates for settlement,comment deadlines,and for a technical hearing.
Order No.33825.On October 16,2017,the Commission was notified that the case had settled,
and settlement papers were filed on October 20,2017.On October 25,2017,the Commission
issued notice of the proposed settlement.
The Commission now schedules the followingpublic hearing.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will convene a public hearing
in this matter.The purpose of the public hearing is to take testimony from members of the public
and Avista Idaho customers.The public hearing will convene on THURSDAY,NOVEMBER
30,2017,AT 6:00 PM (PST)AT THE MIDTOWN CENTER MEETING ROOM,1505 N.
51"STREET,COEUR D'ALENE,IDAHO.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all workshops and hearings in this matter will
be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act
(ADA).Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to
participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the
Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.The request
for assistance must be received at least five working days before the hearing by contacting the
