Complaint:I am not certain if this is the correct form.The Spokesman Review of Spokane,Wa.recently reported the
proposal by Avista to give Idaho customers rebates for upgrading to high efficiency natural gas furnaces.
I totally agree and support this proposal by Avista.Other Idaho companies such as Kootenai Electric have rebate
programs in place.I encourage you to support this rebate program.
