JULY 1, 2002 – 1:30 P.M.
In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Dennis Hansen, and Marsha Smith.
Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order. The only item before the Commission was under FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS:
Lisa Nordstrom’s June 28, 2002 Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of the Investigation into Whether Ponderosa Terrace Estates Water System, Inc. is a Public Utility Subject to Regulation by the Idaho Public Utilities Commission. Case No. GNR-W-01-1.
Commissioner Kjellander stated the item would be deliberated privately. He then adjourned the meeting.
