The Company is currently passing through credits to electric and natural gas customers through
Schedules 97 and I97. The Schedule 97 credit is related to a prior settlement with the
Bonneville Power Administration, and the Schedule 197 credit is related to a Purchased Gas Cost
Adjustment credit deferral balance. Both of those credits are being passed through to customers,
and will expire December 31,2014.
As a part of the Settlement Stipulation approved in Order No. 33130, the credit rates under
Schedules 97 and 197 that are being passed through to customers were extended for an additional
one-year period, through December 31,2015. The new rebate balance for Schedule 97 is being
funded by the Company's 2013 electric eamings test deferral, and the new rebate balance for
Schedule 197 is being funded both by the Schedule l9l natural gas efficiency funding balance
and the 2013 natural gas eamings test deferral.
These tariff sheets are proposed to be made ef[ective on January 1,2015, in compliance with the

MONTHLY MTE:
The energy charges of electric Schedules 1, 11, 12, 21, 22, 25, 25P, 31,
32 and 41-49 are to be decreased by 0.091i per kilowatt-hour in al! blocks of
these rate schedules.
TERM:
The energy charges will be reduced for a twelve month period, from
January 1,2015 through December 31,2015. Any residual balance will be trued
up in a future PCA filed by the Company.
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Service under this schedule is subject to the Rules and Regulations

AVAIIABLE:
To Customers in the State of ldaho where Company has natural gas
service available.
PURPOSE:
To adjust natural gas rates for the refund of 2013 natural gas earnangs test
deferrals and natural gas DSM funding as set forth in Order No. 33130 in Case
No. AVU-G-14-01.
MONTHLY RATE:
The energy charges of natural gas Schedules 101, 111, 112,131, and 132
are to be decreased by 1.4890, per therm in all blocks of these rate schedules.
TERM:
The energy charges will be reduced for a twelve month period, from
January 1, 2015 through December 31,2015. Any residual balance will be trued
up in a future PGA filed by the Company.
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Service under this schedule is subject to the Rules and Regulations
