I don't know how you can approve an increase for nat.gas to Avista!
We are in an era of unprecedented low gas prices!!! They have increased their dividend every
year since 2002 even through the financial crisis!!
This just smacks of collusion between the Idaho PUC and Avista!
I intend to get in touch with the SEC and try and get an investigation going to look into
this. I'll bet there is a paper trail leading back to you people.
