Please describe your comment briefly:
I wish to oppose the recent rate hike proposal by Avista on it's residential customers in
Idaho. Like so many in our town we are retired senior citizens who live on a limited income,
and cannot afford these large yearly rate increases. I am requesting you deny their request.
